Welcome to Longevity Retreats Croatia. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.longevityretreatscroatia.com and participation in our retreats and services. By using this website or booking a retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

"Company", "we", "us" or "our" refers to Longevity Retreats Croatia.
"User", "you", or "your" refers to anyone accessing our website or using our services.
"Retreats" refers to wellness programs, workshops, or packages offered via our website.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site:

In any way that breaches local, national, or international law
To transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising
To knowingly transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

We reserve the right to deny access to the website if misuse is detected.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via [insert accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.].
Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.
Promotional Offers: By subscribing to our newsletter, you will receive a coupon code for 10% off your booking. This discount applies only to 4-star retreats, can be used only once per customer, and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. The coupon must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

By You:

All purchases are non-refundable. By completing your booking, you agree that the payment is final and cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
You may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us in writing at least 14 days before the retreat start date. Transfers are subject to approval and availability.

By Us:

Retreats may require a minimum number of participants to run. If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel.
In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future retreat. We are not responsible for any other costs (e.g., flights or accommodation).
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the retreat or provide a credit, but we are not liable for any costs or losses incurred as a result of such cancellation or delay.

5. Health & Liability

By participating in a retreat, you confirm that you are in good health and fit to participate in retreat activities.
You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions.
Participation is at your own risk. We accept no liability for injuries, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.
By attending the retreat, participants acknowledge that wellness activities such as yoga or swimming carry inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and at their own risk.

We strongly recommend participants purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances, including medical emergencies, cancellations, or delays. We are not responsible for costs related to missed flights, illness, or travel restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, images, logos, videos) is the property of Longevity Retreats Croatia unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

7. Changes to Services or Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to retreat schedules, facilitators, venues, or content where necessary. Any changes will be communicated promptly and alternatives offered when possible.

8. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Croatian courts.

11. Code of Conduct & Right of Refusal

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and the retreat environment. This includes but is not limited to:

Following all retreat guidelines and instructions provided by facilitators
Refraining from disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
Respecting personal boundaries and shared spaces
Not engaging in illegal activities or bringing prohibited substances to the retreat

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the retreat at our sole discretion if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate. In such cases, the participant will not be entitled to any refund or reimbursement for missed activities, accommodations, or other services.

12. Photo & Media Release

By participating in the retreat, you agree that photographs or video recordings taken during the retreat may be used by Longevity Retreats Croatia for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.
