Everyday training sessions in small groups are customized to fit your fitness level and goals.
Exercise is included every day of the retreat, except for the first and last day due to participants’ different arrival and departure times. The type of exercise is specially designed for each retreat based on the preferences of the majority of participants. This may include yoga, Pilates, resistance training, bodyweight exercises, guided cycling sessions, and running workshops.


Since all exercise sessions are conducted in small groups, the instructor can give personalized attention to each participant. This allows for posture corrections, guidance on proper technique, and adjustments to exercises as needed — either reducing or increasing intensity to match individual fitness levels and needs.
